Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order we are happy to facilitate a return for handmade product (tools & clay are finale sale.) Please note that items are handmade, and may differ slightly from the photos listed online as the collections may be made from recycled clay and vary from batch to batch. Refund requests due to normal variation within product are subject to all policies. All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Broken or damaged items will not be refunded. If your item has broken, please send an email as we have a replacement policy.

Mailed items- Please send a 'Refund Request' email with photos of the item and your order confirmation details within 5 days of the order's delivery. All refunds and discounts are calculated less original shipping & handling costs (partially included in the cost of the item) once the item has been received in the same condition the item was sent. The item must be shipped back WITH tracking. Please note that orders shipped back without the approval of refund will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of received the item.

In Store pick up- please send an email within 5 days of pick up requesting a refund. Item's must be received within 10 days of pick up and be in the original condition- unused. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the item, or if the request was made during your pick up, within 10 days of your appointment.

Please note classes, courses & workshops are non-refundable. We will try our best to re-sell your spot in the class if you contact us at least 10 business days prior to class starting. If we're able to fill the spot, we will refund you, minus a $25-50 administration fee. You may transfer your spot to a friend of relevant experience at no cost, please email us to inform us of this prior to the Class start.
